Create interactive formats and let your viewers have their say either through chat or even a video conference. The integrated Web Call Center makes it possible for you to contact individual viewers during a broadcast and patch them in via webcam.
The chat module in the studio enables you to follow and participate in public chat. You also receive an overview of all viewers with additional information, for example whether the viewer has a webcam.
To patch a viewer in to a show, first start a private chat. By clicking “Invite”, the viewer’s webcam is activated. As soon as the connection has been confirmed, you can check the picture and sound. The audio or video source is now available to use like any other camera.
The voting module provides you with another creative tool to make your shows interactive. At the touch of a button you can place a viewer poll window in the format. While the vote is in progress, the counting can be followed live.
